I've been working with and listening to, bodies for more than 12 years-and am passionate about helping people (re)connect and integrate with all aspects of themselves in body, heart, spirit, and mind.

Healing doesn't have to be hard, it can be fun. It's simple with the right tools.

I have spent most of my adult life assisting others along their healing journey, learning about bodies, and the last 6 years about the seemingly endless forms of trauma.

I've always been curious about life and why things happen to certain people and not to others. It started by growing up in a household with two disabled parents with auto-immune diseases. By 16, I was working in the same skilled nursing home that my mom lived in. By 19, I started my massage therapy schooling. 7 months later, I was in the ICU for 3 weeks after a major car accident where I lost both of my legs.

I have gone down the rabbit holes of logical western thinking, analyzing the body, studying pain and dysfunction, psychology, boundary work, trauma work, and shadow work. I slowly transitioned to a more holistic approach, shamanic teaching, integration work, subtle energy, unseen energies, masculine-feminine healing, divine guidance, synchronicities, plant medicine, and a whole lot more. Through it all, I've learned to tune in with the world around me and into each person specifically.

I've worked with or trained under world-renowned shamans, chiropractors, physical therapists, psychologists, researchers, healers, psychics, and conscious channels. I discovered just how in tune and connected I was to everything around me. As trauma and dysfunction left me and my body, I was able to access more consciousness, more connection, more of me. I found out I wasn't hopeless or beyond repair. My life makes sense in the context of my family, environment, and history. So does your's. I became aware of the power of the human body, soul, mind, and heart. Even more so, when they are connected and integrated.

I was taught how to listen to the Earth, differentiate between the different "voices" of each thing, and being on this planet and beyond. I learned to tune in to different parts of a person, from their hurt inner child, and scared inner teenager, to past lives and fractured souls. I learned how to differentiate between when someone was speaking from their "mind" vs from the "heart."

I learned how to channel, how to communicate with spirits, guides, and non-physical entities, and even how to clear demons. (side note, I didn't believe in most of this when I first started. I still don't fully believe in some of it, but for me and my clients, it doesn't matter as long as the process gets the results.)

Most importantly, I learned how and when to trust myself and my intuition, and when to not trust. I've learned when to reach out for help, who to reach out to, & how to speak up for myself. I've learned that what I'm great at isn't for everyone and that's ok. I've learned some people don't want to heal, and more are desperate to like I was. I've learned people come to me when they have explored almost every other option. Healing is not linear or rational. It takes inner and outer safety, patience, and continuing to show up and try new things.
